Jakob Nielsen on weblog design 'mistakes'

Jakob Nielsen is a web 'usability' expert; but sometimes he comes across as a web usability fundamentalist. His latest, on The Top Ten Design Mistakes [of weblogs], is a good example of what I mean.

P.Z. Myers has done a reasonably thorough fisking of this piece; Bill Tozier, on the other hand, gives his take on one of the 'mistakes' pointed out by Nielsen.

Thanks, Pablo, for the link to your interesting take on Nielsen's outburst. I really admire your even-handed analysis. And, I liked the cheeky stuff at the end!
